We will not frighten or scare of swine flu but we should take adequate precautionary measure:
• Cover our nose and mouth with a tissue when we cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after we use it.
• Wash our hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective.
• We will avoid touching our eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.
• H1N1 is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. If we get sick, CDC recommends that we stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
• Early detection and treatment are key to stopping any outbreak of influenza / H1N1 / swine flu. WHO guidance calls for isolating the sick and blanketing everyone around them with antiviral drugs and symptom relief medicines such as Tamiflu.
We should follow our routine health and hygiene measures, encourage our kids to wash their hands well, and encourage them when they’re sneezing or coughing to cover up and prevent others from getting contact.

If anyone coughs near you, wash all your exposed skin IMMEDIATELY. Swine flu can sink through your skin, and you may get an aneurysm.
