You should be more worried about the thousands of Americans who will be visiting Niagara Falls at the same time as you, considering the high number of H1N1 cases in the US.....
It was a slow month for media, thats why H1N1 was hyped up so much...Wash your hands, cover your mouth/nose when you sneeze. Avoid hand sanitizers and antibacterial soaps. They destroy not only the "bad" bacteria, but also the good bacteria that will protect you from foreign germs.

Do you really think there is a "high" number of swine flu cases in Ontario? I subscribe to the news service that sends out press releases from various agencies and government ministries, one of them being the Ministry of Health. I've deleted the latest email, but I believe there have been just over 80 confirmed cases in Ontario - a province with MILLIONS of people in it. I'm certain that more people get the "regular" flu each year. Just do what every normal human being should do - keep your hands clean, don't be coughing in people's faces, etc. etc.

Canada is the 2nd hardest hit outside of Mexico. 2 dead cases are reported since the outburst. Also reported are the large no. of foreign students from Japan and China bringing home the infectious disease from Canada. Advice: Wear a mask at all time as you certainly do not want to risk your health with any nonsense.

It is a COLD/FLU nothing more. How many people have died from it around the world? Not many, more people have died from the regular flu so far this year than the Swine Flu. It is something that was completely blown out of proportion. It isn't nearly as bad as they thought it would be. If you get it you get it, if you don't then great.

What are you talking about?
Where do you get your information?
If you are googling H1N1 cases in Canada, ALL of the top hits are from early May and some from very questionable websites.
Stop worrying and spreading false information!!!!

Yes it will be fine. Scientists expect the flu to go dormant over the summer and re-appear next winter. But its blown out of proportion, you dont have to worry.
13000 people die of seasonal flu each year
150 people have died of swine flu

I agree with ANSWER SAURUS. H1N1 is overblown. The media jumped all over the swine flu. Seasonal flu is more dangerous than H1N1. If you're still afraid, just wash your hand often and if you want to look ridiculous, wear a surgical mask.

*facepalm*
Swine flu is so ridiculously overblown. It's 100% safe.
