not sure they will fare any worse than us. still waiting for a call back from my doctor for the last time i was sick.

Yeah, waiting lists for non-essential surgeries, not wait lists to see doctors or go into an emergency room. I actually think that places with universal health care stand to do better, because people can go see a doctor for free. There is nothing to hinder someone who has symptoms from seeking medical attention. If someone is uninsured in the US, they will likely have to pay to see a medical practitioner and not go seek medical attention.

It's actually incredible and tortuous. They make announcements and tell us we have to get stabbed by these vicious people in white gowns with needles at a place and time of our (somewhat limited) choice. And we have to open our wallets to show our Medical Card, the state treats us so awfully, I want just want to move!
