it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
will it reach the level of the 1918 pandemic? I hope not, as that would be 50-100 million deaths. But possible.

When the flu cases get into 10's of thousands then I would say we are headed toward a massive outbreak. But reports of couple hundred cases over couple of weeks, I don't think that makes a global pandemic. One just have to wait and see.
