the CDC has begun preparation of a vaccine, but you won't see it for at least another six months.
At present, the cases in the US have responded well to treatment with Tamiflu, it isn't a cure, but it does work.

There is no vaccine (which would prevent anyone from being infected), but there are antiviral medications that can lessen the severity of the infections. Tamiflu (Oseltamivir) and Relenza (Zanamivir) have been shown to have the most effect on H1N1.
The vaccine they're working on should be available in 5-6 months)

there is no antibiotic yet, and it will take six months at the earliest for a vaccination to come out
as far as i know, you can't be treated for it with things like tamiflu and sudafed because this is a different form of flu
we just have to wait and see what happens! :(

There are four different antiviral drugs that are licensed for use in the US for treatment of influenza: amantadine, rimantadine, oseltamivir, and zanamivir. At this time the CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir and zanamivir for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with swine influenza viruses.

I heard there isn't a vaccine yet. They are currently working on that right now. Could take up to 5 months. Just heard that on my local news where they had a news conference about an hour ago. We have a possible case where I live. (meaning they are 95% sure it's a swine flu case).

No, no vaccine they are developing one now that will be ready in a minimum of 6 months. The tamiflu is just a cure so that as soon as you stop taking it the swine flu could just infect you again.

No, this years flu shot does not cover the H1N1 strain, but I"m sure they are working on one. Meanwhile, it is treated like every other flu virus with Tami Flu or Relenza.

No vaccine. They are working on one though but say it would take several months.
