Should I Avoid Going To A Concert Due To The Swine Flu?

I live in texas and i was planning on watching a concert in Odessa, but i'm not sure if i should go or not due all the news about the swine flu. There will probably be around 300 people their, and i will be in close contact with them if i go. What do you think??
