H1N1 is everywhere in the world. Although Singapore has a very few case of H1N1 but it is well controlled. If I were to choose between going to a country that currently has no H1N1 and Singapore, I will not hesitate to choose the later. Simply because Singapore has such a good system in place to handle this virus and the high standard in their medical expertise and experiences gives the people confidence for their safety. Even WHO appreciates Singapore's system.
Why hesitate...come, come, and welcome.

Don't think it will but I believe Singapore is a safe country. There's a detector at the airport to check whether you are having a fever and they will immediately quarantine those having a fever/suspected to carry the virus.
Just make sure you go to the doctor to get your injection before coming over. Better play safe.

Its a pandemic now. Look at Indonesia, Philippines. Both third world with nary a case of swine flu. They, like many countries do not bother to report them as deaths have been very low. Countries that do like Singapore are just using it for propaganda purposes. Great press initially but not they look stupid if the whole charade is taken down.
You have 2 choices. Stay home and avoid travel and contact with masses of people until vaccine comes up by the end of the year. The other is to just go out, wear masks, wash your hands often. If you get it, self quarantine yourself for 1 one and you probably soon recover.

The H1N1 situation in Singapore under control and there have only been a few cases in which the victims have already recovered, so there's nothing to worry about.

The number of cases around the world is still increasing. Doubt it will subside so soon.
