It seems we just get rid of one problem and then get another.

I know someone who claimed to get reults in 20 minutes, but I thought this had to go out for lab work? Please site any sources.

I've been checking the CDC's webpage almost daily..:

And today it says there is 392 Confirmed Cases of Swine Influenza in Illinois, the most out of all the states.
Did one of the school go to Mexico for a trip, does anyone know? And if so could you tell me the city in Illinois they are from?
Just wanting to know for the children, afterall they are most vulnerable.

I am not sure if this is what I have yet. Although all the symptoms I have had are similar. I did go for a test two days ago to see if this is what I actually have. I have been staying home. I have been having different symptoms daily since last Saturday...when does it end?

I notice I've been oinking lately like a pig, might I have the swine flu?

I have read about it, and this sems to be the biggest factor for my concern.

I just read they raised the swine flu level to a pandemic. What does that mean for travel? I have a friend in Europe that's due to come home in a couple days. Will it affect flights?

to be honest, i haven't been following the h1n1 news at all, just heard from people.
however i did realise that since this new type of virus was discovered, more people have been getting sick, with the normal kind of flu. like before it started i didn't see so many people getting sick and suddenly the flu virus is spreading around. my country here hasn't really been affected by the swine flu until one and a half weeks ago.
so does the h1n1 affect the normal flu rate around or am i just paranoid?

There was a news conference where the Secretary of Homeland Security who is not a doctor, answered questions on the swine flu. Why are they involved in handling it?

It stands for Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase. The Hemagglutinin is the neutron standing in the place of the typical M1. The Neuraminidase is another Neutron which in habitually instabilities your nervous system.

it is very sad that more than 100 people died in mexico from swine flu, and there have been confirmed cases in other countries. but is it really a pandemic? 100 out off 109,000,000. is unfortunate, but a pandemic ? is media hype overdoing it ?

I'm really worried, should I go to the doctor?

I went to New York City on Saturday and just now heard about the swine flu. I'm a little concerned so if anyone could tell me how long it takes for symptoms to appear and any additional info would be great.

So far eighty people have died in Mexico. Swine flu has been seen in California, Kansas, Texas, New York, Minnesota from people who have been in Mexico recently.
