Canada, New Zealand, and United States are now claiming that college kids who celebrated spring break 2009 in Mexico have brought swine flu into these countries. Is this true?

The Swine Flu virus is not an STD, and isn't transmitted sexually.
You know if you really want to know, you can go on line and find out for yourself. Stop being lazy. Go look up information for yourself.
I hardly think that's provable. You can't pinpoint where AIDS came from, just like you can't pinpoint where swine flu is from.

They are saying anyone who was in Mexico is possibly bringing it back. It takes being around a pig and then passing it on to a human. I doubt fornicating was involved.
Fornicators? Are you kidding me??!! In the fifteenth century they would have believed that. Sometimes a scull is much too holy for any intelligence to get in.
Sources would be nice. Of course, not all people that are on spring break in Mexico are "fornicating", and they are not the majority of travelers from the US to Mexico or from Mexico to US and back.
They are not responsible for the outbreak in Mexico, but some of them are responsible for bringing it back.
But then Mexico is a big tourist place, so it would come back anyways.
First time I've heard this theory. Right now, Mexico is viewed as the likely culprit and cradle for this kind of virus, although there is no evidence or report of cases prior to 2009, unlike the USA, where there have been documented cases in 1988 and 1976, not to mention that between December 2005-Feb 2009 there have been 12 reported cases. in the USA alone. I am not making this up, check out the CDC website.
Anyway, after some detective work we will learn where this cute little bugger came from. In the meantime, following preventive measures sounds like a good idea.

Who benefits from Swine Flu Pandemic?
The swine flu outbreak is likely to benefit one of the most prolific and successful venture capital firms in the United States: Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Thomson Reuters Private Equity Week reported on Friday.
Shares of the two public companies in the firm's portfolio of eight Pandemic and Bio Defense companies -- BioCryst Pharmaceuticals (BCRX.O) and Novavax (NVAX.O) -- jumped Friday on news that the swine flu killed a reported 60 people in Mexico and has infected people in the United States.

Is it true that people who went to Mexico for spring break were fornicators? I'm afraid that the CDC, WHO and the Associated Press haven't reported on the sex practices of those afflicted with swine flu. A quick Google search will reveal that the most common modes of transmission for H1N1 appears to be proximity to infected pigs; I have not read, as yet, of any porcine-human sexual encounters resulting in people (or pigs) getting sick. There appears to be a general consensus that a number of non-Mexicans who became infected with swine flu A celebrated spring break in places such as Cancun.
However, as of this writing, no one outside of Mexico has died of the virus.
