Swine Flu Info Blog

I just want to know if there's a good reason for all the talk about the swine flu. So people have died from it, haven't people died from the normal flu?

I have found a place on the CDC website that shows the states with confirmed cases, but am curious as to where in those states the cases were found. Thanks!

There are now 22 cases of swine flu in Australia. People are being isolated and going into quarantine but no one has died so I'm wondering what makes it more dangerous than the regular flu as people are recoving from it?

I've heard that if you get infected with the more mild swine flu now, when it mutates and becomes a really dangerous disease, you'll be immune. Is that true?

My 2 year old has allergy induced asthma and breathing issues. Whenever she gets any kind of cold or flu it's 3 times worse than it would be for another child. Within a day we have to start throwing every breathing treatment we can at her just to fight back. Worst case, if my child were ever to get the swine flu, would she be in serious trouble? Would she more likely become a serious case?

Bonus, if you got to choose who would be kicking you, who would you pick? and what would you say afterward?

Is it because mexico is a poor country and the people who have died cant afford hospital treatment or anti viral drugs?
Would it be likely that people in the developed world would die from swine flu?
