I WAS JUST PLAYING THAT GAME LIKE 10 MINUTES AGO!! the best way to get a high score is to start of as a virus. then sell ur only symptom so that people won't worry about it. then wait a while for you to get enough money to go all the way up in the resistance stuff. you probably have durable as a characteristic, in that case don't go up at all in the resistance they give you, and you don't have to worry about drug, so u will only need like 60 points. then, at one time buy the resistance stuff. wait awhile and if ur lucky then the whole world will become infected (madagascar is really hard) then if they all get infected then upgrade with all the other crap, and win.

Plan your disease. Start by choosing Bacteria, Virus, or Parasite. The three have different evolutions. As you begin, the disease will most likely spread from Asia. When people get sick and die, you get your Evolution Points. Start buying resistance to drugs and others before working on symptoms. Be sure to don't get symptoms that are very noticeable, such as vomiting or sweating. Hope this helps.

Try to spend all of your evolution points on infectious traits for your disease first, that way, your disease can jump to multiple countries before they shut down their borders. Make sure your disease isn't very visible too, or else you will have less time before the countries shut down their borders. At least try to get your disease on every continent though.
