There is not enough information to make a specific decision. At this point it seems to be milder than the seasonal flu from 2008-2009.
What some epidemiologists are concerned about is that the H1N1 influenza appears to spread very easily. It is common for influenza viruses to mutate over time, and the concern is that this virus will retain it's ability to spread so easily and become more virulent as well.
As simple as it sounds, the most effective prevention from catching the flu (droplet spead, like a cold) is to avoid droplets spread by coughs or sneezes (always cough or sneeze into your sleeve: that way the virus or bacteria dry and die instead of being spread from your hand).
Also, and this is very simple but very important: Always wash your hands before you touch your eyes, nose, or mouth. If you can't wash your hands, use an antiseptic solution to cleanse your hands at the least.
The H1N1 vaccine will probably not be available until November and it looks like it will require a series of injections to be effective. Another writer suggested not taking the vaccine using preservatives containing mercury and an incident from vaccinations in the last century to justify this position. It is inappropriate to compare that unfortunate event to modern medicine.
Rather than take anyone advice now, check with your physician when the vaccine is available. They know better than anyone if the preservatives in the vaccine present any issue to your health, and they can judge at that time if you are at unusual risk for theH1N1 virus.
Tamiflu remains an option in moderating the severity of this flu, but there are already reports of resistance to Tamiflu, so be safe and check with your physician about the vaccine.

No. I would not take the vaccine though. If the government mandates a series of flu shots this fall — so far they are only “recommending” the shots — you can expect to get a dose of thimerosal (mercury), formaldehyde, detergent, MF-59 (an oil-based adjuvant), and other toxins.
Incidentally, if you believe the government will not kidnap you at gunpoint and lock you in a concentration camp and possibly force you to take these toxins, check out Executive Order 13295 of April 4, 2003. It states that the government has the authority to establish “regulations providing for the apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of suspected communicable diseases,” including diseases at that time “not yet isolated or named.”
Of course, the government will decide if you have a deadly disease or not.
The last time the government ordered a mass vaccination drive in response to a swine flu outbreak, the program had to be stopped short after the shots caused over 500 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a severe paralyzing nerve disease. 30 people died as a direct result of the vaccinations.

no not as dangerous the normal flue kills more than swine flue in its present state.
when it mutates it will be a world killer
however in Spain leave it to the sun that will kill it off : )

Most people will get a mild form of it. And why are you worried about spain? More people have it in the UK, so there's not much to worry about on holiday.

It's no more dangerous than seasonal flu, unless you have underlying health problems. Observe basic hygiene procedures and you've nothing to worry about.

Is nearly as same as normal flue, it's more dangerous for you if you have health problems. But what people don't realise that around 1000 people die every year from normal flue.

Yes, it is more serious and you could end up dying, stay away form people with swine flu symptoms and also stay away from people with a flue because you never know. Avoid shaking hands!
